Across the highlands to the Serengeti
An early start from Arusha, up over the Ngorongoro highlands and down onto the short-grass plains at Naabi Hill. Game drive to your camp in the central Serengeti.
- Day 2
The Seronera valley
A full day in the central Serengeti, where lion prides hold the kopjes and leopards rest in the sausage trees along the Seronera River.
- Day 3
Back to the highlands
A last morning on the plains, then the drive back to the crater rim or Karatu for the night.
- Day 4
Ngorongoro Crater
Down into the crater at first light. Picnic lunch by the hippo pool, then the drive back to Arusha.

Is the vehicle private?
Yes. Every Trailheads safari uses a private 4×4 Land Cruiser with a pop-up roof and your own driver-guide, for your party only. You never share with strangers.
What is the difference between mid-range and luxury?
The vehicle, guide and route are the same. Mid-range lodges and tented camps are comfortable, en-suite and full board. Luxury camps are smaller, closer to the wildlife and more personal, with better food and service. Where you stay explains both.
Are park fees included?
Yes. Every park, conservation area and crater fee on the itinerary is included in the price we quote.
